Cenote
Angelita, of cylindrical shape and without a true Cavern area has a maximum depth of 60 m. Its highlight is the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) cloud which covers all the area of the cenote creating a fake bottom. A fake bottom that a diver can cross but the light can not, so under the cloud it becomes like a “night dive”. Rocks and trees that have fallen into the cenote form an island that emerges from the cloud creating a mystic and surrealistic landscape.
DIVE
It is a mid-high difficulty dive as it is a deep dive, and presents medium visibility during descent. It requires good air consumption.
